Addsif(APPLE) sections to CMakeLists.txt Sets cmake policy 25 NEW Installs to CMAKE_INSTALL_BINDIR instead of /Applications

Hi @Benitoite I ported HDRMerge to Qt5 today, so I won't merge this PR as the CMake file changed quite a bit. Would be great if you could try branch qt5 instead and make a PR with the necessary changes. See #123
