Fixing the paning method #132

The new method display a hand cursor when paning, without replacing the cursor at the button press location. I also added a x3 multiplication factor for paning, to move through the entire image with less paning iteration (easy to remove if you find this annoying).

@jcelaya @heckflosse @Beep6581 Would be nice if you could test and merge. The paning in hdrmerge was driving me nuts.

@Hombre57 works well and I like it. In fact, I would change the 3x to 5x, as I still have to reposition the mouse when panning an "only" 24MP image on a 1920x1080 screen.
