@cryptomilk This doesn't work on Debian 10 and prevents building filmulator. Here's exv_conf.h

Damn. I thought it is fine, they moved it.
Damn. I thought the file is new. I will change it. Luckily there will be a real cmake config in 0.28
The project put the version information in a new file. This means we need to check for the file first before we parse it.
