16Gb using and GPU Large Page support #5

Hi, GPU miner works well with Vega Frontier Edition, no crashes. Consider adding support for 16Gb HBM2 memory and GPU Large Page to the miner.

Hi ! Woow, that's a very specific Vega thing, and I... don't even own any vega to dev on. I did my tests on small RX and old cards like Pitcairn or Bonaire.

So of course this is a good idea, but with the big prerequiste of getting a Vega (at least a 56) and i won't be able to buy one at short term. I even struggled to get a A8 apu to fix the APU mode :-p

I keep this in mind, but it will probably takes some time before I can work on it.

Starting from version 0.33b5 and b6, you should be able to pull a lot more hashrate from your FE even Under the 8G limit, with a big difference on CN-Heavy/HVX/Tube
