Context: I use this app from the New Entries page. That's my landing page when I open the app and that's where I read the feeds from. I don't go through each individual feed in the menu.
Idea: In the New Entries page, swipe left on an article to star (ie mark as favourite), swipe right to mark as read.
Benefit: much faster than long press and select the option from the dropdown menu
