Add to the sequence check a consideration for non working days #12

When computing the sequence checks for dates, also do a sequence check excluding weekends and holidays or at least excluding weekends, so the exceptions will be literally the bank holidays. Potentially add even more smartness re days with significantly more or less than the average for that day or sth like that, something that could help spot missing data or some batching.

Done for the weekend vs working days, the scripts reports missing working days and total. For future iterations to include holidays and other potential considerations
