Can't capture system audio #215

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed sound flower
2. Installed Quicktime screen recorder
3. Installed the Linein application, made a duplicate. Configured it so that it 
should allow capturing of system audio.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Capture of system audio
Instead: Capture of video without audio

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tried version 1.66 and 1.52

Please provide any additional information below.
OS Version: MAC OS 10.8 

Adiitional
Is it better to find a soundflower version that uses 16channel instead of 64 
channel?
