Start testing on AppVeyor #2

Need to figure out AppVeyor testing, so I can run Windows builds alongside the Ubuntu and Mac builds on Travis CI.

Probably ought to consider hererocks for this as well as Travis CI. Its readme has easy instructions for Appveyor at the bottom.

After some trial and error, builds and tests are now working on AppVeyor.
