Add support for setting a tag on a note #78

I couldn't figure out how to get a list of strings out of the home assistant selectors interface, can we support list or string and just have a selector for a single string but data can be a list?

Thanks for the PR!

I will dig into this more deeply when I get time, but we definitely should include the Tag attribute on all of the API endpoints that support it in BB (not just Notes).

I only realised that it was part of the generic note schema after I opened this, I can have a look at that later.
