Twitter rate limit exceeded for user with an important number of followers #12

A user with ~85k followers is using WTFDYUM and it seems like it's causing trouble regarding twitter rate limiting.

This issue needs investigation and maybe we should find a way to avoid this. (less frequent checks for high number of followers account may be an option).

The specific error is GET_FOLLOWERS_RATE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED
