Add config schema #12

In order to perform plugin verification, a config schema is required.

The file config.schema.json is added to the package in order to implement it.

There is a side effect on the config file itself. From 1.5.0, only OWFS_Sensor shall be used as accessory type field shall be used to specify the type of category itself
