Add Unit.UK2 #19

Add enum value.
Add "uk2" return string to ToValue extension method.
Add test.
Add missing test attribute to UnitUKWorksCorrectly test method.

Fix for issue #18

I've added a fix to another async issue that I have raised (#20). I accidentally pushed the commit to the same branch as this PR, but if you're ok with both then I'll leave it as it is. Let me know what you think.
