Incorrect UML class diagram and description for Logic component in DG #5

As shown in the pictures above, there is no AddCommand or DeleteCommand in the codebase. Should be changed to the respective TaskAddCommand or ContactAddCommand. May cause a confusion for other developers when understanding the logic but can be easily fixed by changing the description to reflect the actual command names.
