Hey guys, I finally made that artist focused DeepStyle install guide #454

Drawing heavily from @jcjohnson 's installation guide, and my own experience as an artist trying to learn how to use the neural network, I've finally written an artist friendly install guide!

I'd also gladly write the documentation in markdown or something and contribute it to the repo if ya'll wanted me to.

Thank you so much to everyone who has helped me these many times with troubleshooting. I'm also sure that there will be lots of issues with the guide too, and would love your feedback on how I can clarify or improve it!

Well... Yes that's the point. The intended audience is artists and people who don't know basic dev concepts.

honestly i cant even use that site your black element for animation or whatever is buggy as hell and constantly covering things.

@thedonquixotic I'm feeling quite embarrassed looking back at my comments. It's an excellent guide, and I shouldn't have so flippantly remarked on it.
