Right-drop menu for choosing Windows or POSIX path #21

Add a context menu on right-drop which allows to choose between dropping a
file as a Windows path or a Cygwin path.
Alternatively, just use a modifier key to make the choice. Alt perhaps?

Since 0.6 paths are inserted in Cygwin format rather than Windows format and 
no-one has 
complained about it, so there seems to be no need for this option.
