Add more configuration options:

[x] Radical color on/off
[x] Number of times writing wrong before hint is displayed

Support for tone colors is automatically enabled when the character field contains css classes "tone[1-5]" for each character. If so, the default colors of the chinese support redux plugin will be used as stroke colors in HanziWriter
