Add configuration GUI #6

Right now, maobi uses the Anki configuration JSON. As it is a bit tedious to edit, it would be nice to add a real Qt configuration GUI. I imagine something

  1. Openable via menu entry
  2. Having a list of all existing configurations
  3. Adding a configuration via "Add configuration" button. It opens a dialog with 3 dropdowns which are cascaded. First select the deck, then the template then the field.
