Diameter Client CCA Session ClassCastException in handleSendFailure #35

As reported in http://code.google.com/p/jain-slee/issues/detail?id=28 there's a 
ClassCastException in org.jdiameter.client.impl.app.cca.ClientCCASessionImpl.

This happens when handling a send failure (in the case, missing 
Destination-Realm AVP), there's an incorrect class cast.
