Diameter Rx Client state handling incorrect when sending AA-Request #6

When sending an RxAARequest, Rx Client FSM should move to PENDING_AAR state but 
instead goes to IDLE state, causing it to ignore/discard a received RxAAAnswer 
later.

Applied provided patch with minor fixes regarding hashCode and equals methods.
Status: Fixed
