explore a Google Forms version of patient flow?

Google Forms doesn't have the execution limit that Appscript has and is more maintainable by non-programmer. But, need to see if all the steps can really be done.

• e-signature can be done via email links
• appointment selection using dynamic forms: (https://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/dynamic_fields/708020008404) though not clear this actually avoids the execution limit issue.
• modification of appointments (via email links)
• still need to trigger Appscript to update the registered count appointment spreadsheet? or just recompute appointments from patient sheet?
