Would be nice to have a readme for dependencies, instructions to use script. #74

Hi

I realise that the path of /data_analysis/ can be improved by adding dependencies and instructions to use script visualize.py. So I raised a PR here https://github.com/jcl5m1/ventilator/pull/71 :-)
