Localization #56

I added some basic localizations to the module:

  1. Times for the scheduled games are displayed in the format provided by the system
  2. Strings displayed to the user (e.g. Halftime, Fulltime, etc.) are displayed in the language configured in the MagicMirror config
  3. Added German translations
