updates for the World Cup (penalties and other statuses !)

I've made significant rewrites to the way ESPN is handled and thus additional leagues. I will add the additional leagues soon. So far Italian Serie A and UEFA Champions League have been added to the add_more_soccer branch, with the rest coming in time.
