Update to follow changes in schedule file, update file to 2024. #19

Updated parsing to work properly with the latest schedule file (2024): WeekStarting -> CollectionDate, Calendar -> Schedule.

No need to update README.md, only ba114a8a6a03427d4b24571fa18f9c61183e3a32 commit.
