Should we combine all life stages? #9

We are currently separating the life stages into "A" for adult and "L" for larvae, but would it be more informative to combine the two???

We should combine larvae and adults using summarise() in dplyr

Decided this in meeting with DJH and JLB on 8-8-19 Bill Peterman agrees *Evan Grant suggests doing both: separating and combining and seeing if either is more informative unless it it too complicated to do both
