How does this install or run on windows? #113

I can't get this to function on windows 11. I've installed NPCap but running the exe as normal or administrator just prompts with 'Press any key to close' Running cmd as admin and navigating to exe folder and typing start 'nmrpflash.exe' does nothing

Leave out the start, i.e. at the prompt just type nmrpflash.exe.
