Sightseeing Routes #228

Given sightseeing routes come under the scope of BODS, I think it would be a wise idea to have a tickbox (which can only be changed by admins) which when ticked, puts a note on the page 'This is a sightseeing bus and not intended for local trips' or something similar (like how it's done for publicuse=false). For many routes, it may not be obvious what is a tour bus and what is a local bus and it wouldn't be very good for normal users of bustimes to plan journeys using these tour buses only to find out the much higher fare.

Some examples of not obvious tour buses are the Norwich City Sightseeing (looks like a town circular), Chester City Sightseeing (Stagecoach MCSL route 100). Liverpool City Explorer (Maghull Coaches 101) Salisbury Reds Stonehenge bus.

I think this alert would help to show regular users of bustimes to not plan local journeys on these routes. IT is good to have these routes active though for those who do want to know the info as it's so annoying not knowing what timetable some of the sightseeing buses are running to and since the buses track on many of the tour routes, it makes sense to have the timetable info for tourists who want it.
