Region doesn't appear to be supported by jclouds-cli #29

S3 permits a blobstore to live in different regions ("us-west-1", "us-east-1", etc). AFAICT, there isn't currently any way to specify this paramter when using jclouds-cli.

Fixed by jclouds-karaf commits 8c09e24 in master and ff6696e in 1.5.x.
