Since the oauth and google code share the same dependencies, let's migrate them to a new repo jclouds-labs-google so that they can be revved, reviewed, and released independently.

next step, filter oauth and google-compute-engine into jclouds-labs-google and remove from jclouds-labs

@adriancole Ping. As with #37, not a huge number of active commits in the near future but would very much want to help with reviews etc. where possible.

Hello all, Is there a working group I can join for this project. I am looking to join jclouds-labs-google and main jclouds. IRC or any other resource would be appreciated.
