Add to library by dragging folder/media file on to dock icon [Feature Request] #24

Currently it looks like dragging and dropping files/folders on to the library window works but not on the dock icon.

This technically already worked (or should work), but I added visual feedback in 0.2 beta 5. Lemme know if you have issues.
