Hi,
I'm having trouble symbolicating crash reports right now so it's hard for me to debug what's going on here. If you wouldn't mind, could you .zip your iTunes Library.xml file and attach it here?

I only selected "Music" under the playlist options when importing, which is not really a playlist. I just tried selecting a small playlist only and had the same crash happen. Thanks!

I can't reproduce the crash locally, so I think this may be El Capitan-specific. Investigating further. Can you tell me when in the import process the crash happens? Are you seeing progress bars and information during the import before the crash?
Yes I think there may be a few El Capitan problems, as you can see from #5 I have no library window.
The crash happens right after I click import. I select the playlist I want, click import, and it crashes immediately. I see no progress bars or information.
Also a Core Data generated accessor bug. b33fe1f resolves this.
