Can we use symmetry in Quimb now?

There is ongoing work here, e.g. https://github.com/jcmgray/quimb/pull/88, and other low-level symmetric tensor libraries such as https://github.com/mhauru/abeliantensors that might well play nicely, but the short answer is not yet!
