Better Documentation #20

ldoc is kinda shoddy. It would be nice to have a documentation generator that keeps track of dependencies and doesn't rely on external libraries. Also attribute-less; Java-style attributes are ugly.

I'm going to start writing future documentation comments in something that resembles Markdown.
