vdev ACLs are INI-style files, but we need a wiki page with a few illustrative examples.

Specific examples that would be nice:

allow X11 to run without root and without setuid
prevent a container from accessing the root context's hard drives
ensure a set of processes in a login session can only access its seat's device nodes (needs a pidlist script).
