PCA for Index #7

The aim is to create an Index that measures housing quality. We will use PCA to determine factor loading and will push this variable into the models that follow.

@jcochanc, could you please sample a bigger dataset and send it along? @lindechen do you have any thoughts on how big the sample size should be?

@CarolinaVelasco It looks like the 1% of sampled data that @jcochanc uploaded contains 3,964 rows. Is 20-25% of the entire training set a reasonable size?
