Change the "Travel" tab to "Advice" #25

I think think the Travel recommendation can go in Prep or permits. I think Advice is more useful. Such as "gets swampy in June with mosquitoes." Beware of river crossing in June, etc. etc.

Moved the text from the “Travel” tab into the “Preparation” tab, as travel relates to preparing for the trip. Renamed “Travel” tab to “Advice”. Added example text to “Advice” tab.
