signup link broken on http site #8

when running restore on port 8090 for http and port 4439 https, the 'signup' link on https://unhosted.org:8090/ goes to https://unhosted.org:8090/signup instead of https://unhosted.org:4439/signup. the signup link on https://unhosted.org:4439/ does work correctly
