This PR aims to translate the lab 2 - Ultrasound to python.

The first session is around March 8th.

The section on Field II will be switched to a software developed by Jean Provost's team. Fixes #4

faire un mapping spatial du front d'onde. Avec logiciel de Jean, voir possibilité de balayer spatialement une sonde à un temps t pour reconstruire carte de pression
