Add more explanation on calculations for derived outcome variable #31

For treatment preferences collaborative project (see the schema file here

  1. Check to make sure these are the variables that we want
  2. Write more annotation on the derived variables necessary to run analyses: Currently, have:
  TODO: Write out entire calculation for `patient preference alignmnet - made up of
    prefer_moud_type + y_moud` based on these variables

    TODO: Write out calculation to get y_moud (derived from months_xxx_)
