Creating human readable variable names #6

currently variable names are "codes" -- need to make human readable names (e.g., d4b --> 'gender_identity')

some work has been done for reference but these need to be shortened -- see column jcoin:final_variable_name for examples here : https://github.com/jcoin-maarc/JCOIN-Core-Measures/blob/master/csvs/table-schema-baseline.csv

feel free to use or not use these (deference to NIDA folks)
