Add Waves 3-6 to package #1

Wave 3, 5 and 6 all have errors when running the Stata script. Some of these are caused by use of "–" (instead of "-") or use of curly single quotes.

Note: Need to check these files for any variables that may need to be redacted (e.g., specific date and time of interview).

Fixed with 6a7fdc34db67b3fdfb0646bf027c70b38300f9cf. All datetime and open-ended string vars have been redacted.
