Try to respond with a Spanish/English tweet depending on the received tweet

Spanglish or Spanglish-English in generated response tweets is really common... We could get smarter about having two dictionaries/response-types and do some detection on the incoming tweet to see if we can identify which is more appropriate, but I consider that Advanced and probably Too Much.
