beeping on gaining and losing turn to speak #21

The expected behavior is that a single phone beeps, when a person is selected. If a person finishes and no one is waiting, then all phones beep.

If a person is cut off, then only the newly selected person’s phone beeps.

The Mac/PC demos can be used as a reference for these sound outputs.

With the new feedback strategy, a person should never be in doubt as to what their situation is: : I am in a regulated conversation : I am waiting to speak : I am the speaker
