installing release version does not complete properly with old `myturnb` present #29

if /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/myturn is present, it needs to be removed, and the default_server and ipv6_only=on parameters need to be added to the listen lines. also, the release prefix needs to be removed from the primary server name. then nginx needs to be restarted. this all needs to be automated.

code is added in alpha branch, won't take effect until master merge.
