feat: compute total time in review, and better "last updated" #44

... in two ways: one by hackily scraping information as in #35, and again using the new pr_info.sh script. After an initial round of fixes, both seem to agree in my limited testing so far.

Careful with merging: #25 and #35 are slightly outdated now (I made another copy of the branches on this fork...) -> make sure to merge the right version.
"Ready for review" is actually present in this date; "marked as draft" is missing a date (-> calculations are unrealiable; the current output is Very Bogus, but any guess would be Bogus).
