feat: update for new facebook layout, and requirements #6

This adds requirements.txt file, and updates the driver logic for the new Facebook layout.

Also updates the README to reference Python3 explicitly, and chromedriver tool.

Hey @mahogben, thanks so much for the updates. Apologies, I got pretty far behind on PR reviews so am just now seeing this after I've already merged other PRs that I think addresses of this. I've updated the note for pip3 in readme and will push in next version. If I missed anything else, please let me know!
