Add triggers for scripts #290

Add triggers to call scripts: startup, connect, disconnect, song change, start/stop play, add to last played list, skip, db updated, etc. - with this feature it is possible to script a scrobbler.

I know this project and like the idea. I want similar functions integrated in myMPD and tied to scripts.
