[Feature] Organize menu options

Currently menu options do not follow a common approach.

• Most important things should be first in the list.
  • Other things should be last.
• Options should be clean and easy to understand

Implement the following menu items and order in the menu:

• Home
• Calendar
• New Calendar Day
• People
• Jobs
• Equipments
• About
• Treino
• Exit Menu

This new menu gives more importance to the calendar, since it's the main functionality of the app.

Later he will discuss what Home should be, for now we can leave it as is.
