Links in documentation pointing to Google internal sites #2

Some documentation pages contain links to non-existing sites (presumably
Google internal sites), e.g. documentation for crossdomainrpc.js:
http://closure-
library.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/closure/goog/docs/closure_goog_net_crossdoma
inrpc.js.html contains a link named "XD2 approach" pointing at
http://go/xd2_design

We have a couple of those. We should move the stuff out of our internal wiki
and into
the public wiki at some point.

Yes. During the open sourcing process we came across many of these. As time
goes on we should to move the
articles we can from the internal wiki to the external code.google.com wiki.
There are many of these and we
didn't want to block the release on this.

There are two such internal wiki links in the xpc demo page:

http://closure-library.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/closure/goog/demos/xpc/index.htm
l

The links are:

http://wiki/Main/CrossPageChannel
http://wiki/Main/CrossDomainCommunication
