Inconsistency in goog.text.LoremIpsum.prototype.generateParagraph #499

There is an inconsistency in the signature of 
goog.text.LoremIpsum.prototype.generateParagraph:

" * @param {boolean} opt_startWithLorem Whether to start the sentence with the"

The startWithLorem parameter is prefixed with opt_ but the parameter is not 
optional.
